It weighs around 445lbs, but can also be taken apart and transported to various locations. The Forno Series is inspired by the classic design of Forno de Pizza, with its black cart and intricate handcrafted glass mosaic oven. Every oven is uniquely handcrafted and powered by HPC's electronic ignition system. This gas valve system is the safest and most reliable on the market, and it will facilitate oven starts and controllability of heat during operation. HPC Fire Inspired offers the choice of six glass mosaic colors that gives each oven an elegant finish.
